2016 All Wrapped Up!

As we approach the end of 2016, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you….

For us at Synecore 2016 has been yet another year of exciting new projects and opportunities.

After such a busy year, the Synecore team will be taking a well deserved break over the festive period. We will be closed from Friday 23 December (inclusive) and return on Tuesday 3 January 2017. Our out-of-hours emergency call-out service will be operating as usual, the number is 0845 241 4953.

WHAT EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD KNOW

It is always surprising so few businesses are aware of their FGas and TM44 obligations, so this year our aim was to educate all sectors on their legal responsibilities to maintaining air conditioning systems. This has been hugely successful. We have helped many hotels, schools, restaurants and businesses become compliant, and will continue to keep businesses across the UK cool in 2017.

WE WON!

In October we were delighted to win the Electrical Industry Award for ‘M&E Contractor of the Year’ and are still revelling in the results.  2017 is set to bring more opportunities where we can spread awareness of our technical expertise and superb customer service.

FIRST INSTALL OF REVOLUTIONARY TECH

Earlier this year we installed the first ever Daikin VRV IV i-Series at Leon in Fenchurch Street, London. The all-new patented air conditioning system includes an integrated plant, meaning there is no requirement for an outside space to accommodate the condenser unit. This system is set to revolutionise high street developments. We were delighted to be the first contractor to install such an incredible system.

7 YEAR WARRANTY INTRODUCED

Synecore is an approved installer for mainstream air conditioning brands, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Daikin. From May, Synecore introduced an incredible 7 year warranty on all new branded air conditioning installations, when maintained under Synecore’s Planned Preventative Maintenance scheme.
