M&E contractor, Synecore has been at the heart of many national roll out programmes for the hospitality and leisure industries, gaining a reputation for superior customer care. Now the company is set to further enhance its HVAC service, through the recent appointment of Craig Ballantyne as HVAC Design and Technical Manager.
Having worked independently for 10 years, Craig has provided HVAC design and installations services for the likes of Paul UK, Ed Easy Diner, Caffe Vergnano 1884 and Canteen. Being a company that builds and maintains long lasting relationships with its clients and peers, in true Synecore spirit, Craig has always had a fantastic relationship with the team, despite at times operating in the same market.
Synecore’s Managing Director Paul Thomas explains, “To recruit an individual with the skills and ability of Craig in a buoyant market, speaks volumes for Synecore and demonstrates our continued commitment to growth within HVAC sector.
“Craig is one of the industries rare breeds, as he can design, draw, estimate and is an experienced project manager. I am certain he will prove to be an incredible asset to Synecore.”
Synecore’s focus on customer care has enabled the company to grow considerably in the last eleven years. By expanding its workforce with invaluable individuals, such as Craig, the company continues to invest in providing its clients with an exceptional service.
“I feel these are very exciting times for Synecore and I am looking forward to helping the HVAC service team develop and grow further in the years to come,” explains Craig.
“It is my aim to pass on my years of experience within the HVAC industry onto the in-house project teams and assisting them to offer our clients unrivalled levels of customer service from tender stage all the way through to completion.”
With his extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC in-house design and installation, Craig is well placed to support Synecore’s existing HVAC engineers and designers, as well as provide training to new members of the team.
