Synecore were thrilled to hand over a new PIR fire rated dual compartment coldroom to our client, Vision Commercial Kitchens. One New Change is a wonderful venue for food and for leisure, in the very heart of St Pauls.

Madison, has without question, one of the very best locations in London, with totally unspoilt views of St Pauls Cathedral, offering dining inside or indeed out on terrace alongside the Champagne bar.

One New Change is potentially a difficult site to work on for any contractor, very high security and very strict delivery and working conditions.

Phil Shea from Vision Commercial Kitchens says “Our client originally was given a location for plant 75m away, Synecore provided costs for this specification and indeed commenced installation. Midway through project the client was given permission to house the plant within their own demise, proving a much better solution for maintenance and also cost, we quickly instructed Synecore to change what they had already done”.
