Customer Notice on Covid-19


Dear Customer,

In response to the government’s guidelines on Covid-19, the Synecore team would like to assure you that we have taken action to limit staff movements.

We have put measures in place for our office teams to work remotely where possible and have ensured every engineer is fully equipped with the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hygiene solutions for emergency onsite call-outs.

Our office teams, including service, project, estimating and finance departments continue to operate and are on hand to take emergency calls and email enquiries.

For now, scheduled maintenance is on hold, but we will be making every effort to ensure that customers receive the appropriate service as soon as the movement restrictions have been lifted.

The Synecore team remain firmly here to serve and support our clients, but more than anything, hope that you keep safe during this very difficult time.
