Project Outline

Synecore were approached by Wasabi to provide maintenance and servicing for their expanding operation. Wasabi specialise in Japanese cuisine and have locations throughout the UK and in the US, therefore we were keen to work with such an established and reputable organisation.

Wasabi required a service and maintenance partner that could keep up with the demands of new locations opening up and outlets that run at full capacity. To achieve this, Synecore put together a bespoke service package that provided flexibility for growth and the ability to meet urgent service and maintenance requirements. As part of the package, Wasabi requested no travel and congestion charges and the callout fee to include the first hour, which Synecore duly accepted.

Wasabi now have 43 units and are continuously expanding into different locations. Most recently they opened two new locations in Leeds, Yorkshire.
