Synecore's Covid 19 Policy

During the current Covid-19 outbreak in the UK Synecore would like to assure you that it is committed to the safety and welfare of its customers, staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.

As a company, we are following the advice and guidelines provided by Public Health England and we are fully prepared for any further developments.

All of our engineers and office staff have been briefed to regularly wash their hands, use hand sanitiser, keep a distance from others, prevent human contact and inform us if they feel unwell at any time, so that we can carry out the appropriate action. Synecore’s engineers have been supplied with antibacterial equipment and the appropriate PPE, including facemasks (although the use of facemask has not been enforced, due to the guidance from PHE).

In the event that Synecore is directly affected by the outbreak, all staff have the facility to work from home using our existing cloud-based IT system. All calls will be diverted to senior management and handled quickly and effectively. Our onsite engineers will continue to operate unless we are advised otherwise.

Customers will still be able to call and email our service and project departments as usual.

If you have any questions relating to our response the Covid-19 outbreak, please contact Synecore on 01795 509 509.

We will keep you informed of any further developments.
