Small bar and restaurant HVAC installations London
While we look after the big restaurant chains, we also install and maintain restaurant HVAC systems for independent brands in London and across the UK. Scarpetta in Canary Wharf, London and Pizza Union in London Bridge are both up and coming restaurant brands that Synecore has supported and have consequently gone on to open further restaurants across the capital.
Specialist bar and restaurant HVAC applications
The ethos of many bar and restaurant brands is to implement sustainable and energy efficient technology where possible. This includes restaurant heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
A busy bar or restaurant requires an efficient HVAC system and the application of a heat recovery system can save up to 30% in energy consumption. This sophisticated technology removes air from areas that are typically hot, such as the kitchen, and redistributes it where heating is required, such as the front of house.
Bars, restaurants and eateries with an open-door policy can also benefit from the installation of a heat pump air curtain. This unit is situated by the main entrance to prevent the loss of cool/warm air from within the restaurant area. Meaning the door can open all year round without compromising the internal ambient temperature.
If external space for an outdoor air conditioning system is a problem, then Daikin’s compact integrated air conditioning system offers the ideal solution. The Daikin VRV IV i-series removes the requirement for outside condenser unit. Instead this unique system can be installed entirely indoors. The only element visible externally is the grilles, which can be disguised within the architecture, cladding or by using signage. Synecore was the first restaurant air conditioning contractor to install the Daikin integrated air conditioning system at Leon Restaurant in Fenchurch Street, London.

Exposed HVAC pipework
Exposed HVAC pipework is a popular industrial design trend, adopted by restaurants, hotels and commercial offices. To achieve this look, the installation must be just so. If you were to expose poor workmanship, it can compromise the overall interior design.
When Synecore’s HVAC design team is tasked with a project that involves exposed ductwork, the interior design is a contributing factor to pipework layout and finish.
There are a range of finishes available for exposed pipework, including polished chrome, powder coated and painted.
